Frequently Asked Cake Topper Question: How do I remove the spikes from the custom metal toppers? Answer: They are glued in so they'll be secure until your event is over. Simply twist them with pliers and the glue will break for removal. Frequently Asked Stamp Question: Where can I find information about replacement ink, usage tips, storage, and getting the best impression? Answer: See our stamp usage guide page for all the details. Returns: Items that are not custom, personalized, or edible can be returned within 14 days of order delivery. Custom cake toppers, personalized, or edible items are not returnable. They can, however, be replaced in the event of damage or incorrect personalization/customization. For more details, our return policy is included in the checkout process, at the bottom of the store pages, or at the guarantees and returns page. Note for favor orders with personalized tags or labels: Favors and tags/labels always ship separately. Favors will arrive with standard tags if applicable. Personalized tags or labels ship separately via USPS within 5 to 7 business days and require assembly to replace the existing standard tags/labels. |
